It’s a bit tricky for me that I’m trying so hard to grow long hair, but I still have to trim off split ends. How often should I do trimming?

It depends how long your hair is and styling mood. Sometimes people go for a hair cut twice a month or even more. However, normally you should go for a cut when you feel that your hair ends are rough or damaged. People with short hair usually get theirs cut every 4–8 weeks. People with longer hair usually get theirs cut every 1–3 months. If you want yours to grow longer, get it cut less often, or if you want yours to stay the same length and style, cut it more often.
I trim my hair one time every three months to make it healthy and grow. You’re supposed to do it every 4-6 weeks to keep your hair healthy and to make it grow but all I do is specially trim it every three months to cut the dead ends off and it will grow even longer. Honestly it depends on the type of hair you have but if you want to keep it healthy you are supposed to do it every 4-6 weeks. If you want it to what I know is supposed to be natural for you hair to grow is to not wash it.
