Although, how much it costs will depend on what type of car and what type of battery, another great consideration is the type of electricity tariff you’re on. How much does it cost to charge your electric car if you have one?

It varies. It depends on the size of your battery pack and where you charge. If you charge at home (like most people do) you pay whatever rate the electric company charges you per kilowatt hour. If you are on the road and charge at a quick charger you may pay $10 or so depending on your battery pack size.
That depends on several factors. How big is the battery? How discharged is the battery? What is the cost of electricity? Are you doing this at home or at a commercial recharging station that will mark up their cost to make a profit? My Hyundai is full fully electric. The battery is 28Kw. According to the app on my phone 15Kw ran me $1.89 last night. So a fully charge is about $3.50. I’m lucky that where I work I can charge for free. As a result I only charge at home on the weekends. So far this month I have driven 1,350 miles and have paid $6.00 in electricity.
