When a consultant is given such time, he may be working on a project to be become a Professor. A professor in turn may be busy with other problems to attend to even when he has such time. Doctors do have time but they are preoccupied with other things and that makes them socially withdrawn.

  2. Doctors can take vacations; anything between 3-6 weeks a year is seen as the standard.
