My Facebook account was locked based on reason I clearly don’t understand— it’s been 2weeks since it was locked and I still haven’t received a mail from Facebook support to even acknowledge the ID I sent.

My Facebook account was locked based on reason I clearly don’t understand— it’s been 2weeks since it was locked and I still haven’t received a mail from Facebook support to even acknowledge the ID I sent.
It’s almost as if facebook management is deaf and dumb. Last year they disabled my FB account and despite sending them my real ID, they never enabled my FB account with 200k plus followers. Ultimately I had to create new FB account. If your ID is all you submitted, and you did not answer the other questions, they may never recover your account for you. I suggest contacting facebook using their online form to find out more about the status of your account.
My account was locked because of a violation I didn’t even know about, I sent in my ID and my account was unlocked the following day. Every time someone gets locked out of Facebook, the times are always different. Depending on the severity and what admin thinks, they can have your account locked up without getting it unlocked for a whole month or more. You can always send in a request for a review and get an answer from them.
