Just think when you get ill, over burdened, or depressed and do not take your food well, what happens to your face, does it still glows? Or look at person face who is on fast for two-three days, would his or her face still look the same? Food we eat helps skin: each of our organs need constant supply of nutrition from blood which in turn is derived from food. Also, anti-oxidants in food help in repair of skin. Anti-oxidants, minerals, proteins etc go deep into skin and helps in keeping our skin look younger.
It affects in every sense – much of what skin is, depends upon how the body is from inside. How body is from inside depends upon what you feed. Instead of applying something externally – focus on eating vegies, green leaves, proper hydration, sound sleep and cool head will keep skin shiny and healthy.
