Meals containing Turkey or oily fish such as mackerel and sardines always make me feel good. Food sensitivities can have an impact. I get really bad anxiety whenever I eat anything with coconut, some people don’t do well with dairy or wheat. Also noticed that when I drink fresh juice a couple times a week, my mood is completely elevated. My skin looks brighter and my mind feels sharper. I’m not nearly as depressed and my anxiety will usually simmer down.
