  1. Depends on the person and the day. Some days you feel so so much, other days you’re used to it and just feel emotionally numb. Some find every way to make what happened to them their fault. ”Maybe if I didn’t do this it wouldn’t have happened”. The shame that you can’t just move on from it that you can’t forget it happened. Shame when you have to explain why you had a full blown panic attack when someone touched you. Anger-Mostly at yourself, slightly at whoever did what they did to you. The anger is more of a self hatred it’s hard to explain.
