It is definitely a mental thing. You need to weasel your way around the precieved fear of it being too cold. I like to take a cold shower first thing in morning immediately after waking up, when my mind is still half a beat off from my body. Just pop in there and turn the knob before your mind has the wherewithal to object. Cold showers, like most things in life, are easier the less you think about it.
Im a freelancer who works from home 24/7, that gives me the opportunity to go without having my bath for as long as a I want. Having your bath during winter is really tough task, tbh. However, I make sure I clean my face every now and then, and also make sure that my privates are clean. I don’t go out neither do I receive guests, so I’m pretty much allowed to stay in for as long as I want without having my bath.
