When things don’t happen the way I thought it would, I tend to get angry at everything, everyone, the universe even. How can I handle this?

How do you stop getting angry at everything around you when things don’t go your way?

First, you have to accept the fact that not everything in life will go as you have planned out. Leave space for chances, when you do, you won’t be overly surprised or angry if things don’t go as planned. It is totally normal to get angry at everyone and everything around you when this happens, but that will not solve the issue you have at hand. You need to pull yourself together, and strategize again, yes strategize again. However, what you’d be doing different this time is strategize better and leave space for chances. Do that and see what happens. Good luck!
Firstly, acknowledge what’s happened. Acknowledge that your well laid out plan didn’t work out. Understand why things went awry. Then know that whatever happened, happened. There’s nothing you can do to change the fact. There’s no do-over. Learn and move on. Take note that you can always take a step back, gather yourself and do things that makes you feel good again, like using the thc ejuice ottawa. In my experience, the best laid plans that blow up usually reveal a path that was better than the original. Things happen. Here’s a better thought: Things happen for a reason. Once you’ve acknowledged and taken stock, it’s time to change the plan. How? One step at a time.
Gain some clarity. How do you move in the direction you want to go? What are the first steps you need to take in your new direction?
