First of all check yourself and figure out what you want and what fascinates you the most then only you would be able to work on the task. Setting of a specific plan requires various premises(assumptions) which requires thorough examination and observation. collect every information and do not forget to put your efforts on minute parts because they may play crucial role while achieving a goal. Discuss with experts and evaluate pros and cons effectively. You also need to evaluate your financial needs that is going be the major factor. After you evaluate everything you could fix this as your goal and now decide the tenure within which you have to achieve this goal.

Personally, I regularly evaluate all of the major areas of my life and rank how satisfied I feel in each. After I rank myself, I ask what would help me move higher? Or what would help me feel better about this area of my life? Once I identify what would be improvements in each of the areas, I prioritize them by asking something like, “if I could only accomplish one thing right now, which of these would make the greatest overall impact on my life?” and repeat that until I have them fully prioritized. Once my priorities are clear, I break the goal down into projects and action steps. For this part I ask: What are the big projects that would move me closer to that goal? What action steps move me closer to the completion of that project? What amount of time do I need to allocate it? Where will it fit on my calendar? If it doesn’t fit on my calendar currently, what adjustments in my life do I need to make in order to make it so? Once the plan is in place and on the calendar, I build in a weekly review to keep myself on track.
