I can’t seem to get ride of belly fat., when I wake up in the morning my stomach is very flat but once I have as much as a cup of water I feel so bloated.

Sit ups, Sit ups, Sit ups!!!! They are your bestfriend right now girl! Your stomach muscles are soft that is why they give in easily, once you get them toned and hard, you should be quite okay. Youtube videos are there to help you work out, even in the comfort of your own home so get to work!
Your question is not quite clear, having a bloated stomach or suffering from constipation is not quite the same as having belly fat, so if what you suffer from is constipation/bloating, its alright to say that a lot of people suffer from this, while exercising is good, there are food you should stay away from, also try to find out if you aren’t lactose intolerant as this could be a huge contributing factor.
