I’d like to switch to using menstrual cups, I’ve never used it. How do I know the size that fits?
It completely depends on your age and how widen your genitalia is. Small size is recommended for below 25 years of age while medium and large are recommended for 25 years and above. Menstrual Cups are really the best and I would strongly recommend you to use it, as they are made up of medical grade silicone.
