It seems I have no collagen left in my skin, it’s all so soft and wrinkled. What can I do to stop this?

You can consume foods, or use products on your skin that contain collagen to help increase the amount available to your body. Bone broth can help provide more collagen in your diet, and foods high in vitamin A can help to restore damaged collagen in the body, but remember vitamin is a fat soluble vitamin so be wary of taking supplements for this as it can build up in your body over time which can potentially lead to problems. You can also use lotions that have collagen in them as well.
I supplement with collagen hydrolysate in my coffee every morning. It makes my nails ridiculously strong and I imagine is good for skin too. this makes a noticeable difference in my skin actually. My facial skin in particular looks more smooth and plump and my fine lines are less noticeable. I really like the collagen hydrosalate, it doesn’t have weird taste or smell.
