My appetite is pretty messed up, how do I induce hunger and get myself to eat more often?

Foods high in simple carbs make you feel hungry while foods high in protein and fats make you feel full. So cutting out sugar, processed foods and quickly absorbed carbs like fruit, bread, pasta and potato will reduce hunger. Replace them with meat, healthy oils and green vegetables which are satiating.
Snacking has been the game changer for me. I’ve always had a hard time putting on weight. This year I’ve had success because I drink a simple protein and water shake during work, eat a protein bar a few hours later, and still eat 3 meals a day. If you’re not cut out for the king journey, weed and alcohol is there for you.
