Sometimes I don’t wish to let some people know I liked their pictures or viewed their stories. But I’ve not been able to get my hand around this feature on Instagram.
Actually there is no particular way for hiding your activities on Instagram. The only option is to block those you don’t want seeing you active. But if you don’t want to permanently block them,as well as you want your problem solved, then all you can do is to block them for an instance (So that automatically their account will unfollow yours) , and then finally unblock them. Through this, you will get unfollowed and maybe they won’t even know whether they are following you or not.
This might sound an awkward solution but it will definitely help you.
There is no option for public profiles to hide Intagram account or feeds from someone without blocking them. You can turn your profile private from public but if you already have a private profile you can remove the person from your profile. You can visit your followers list and tap on the 3 dots, an option to remove the user from your follower will appear and this how you can remove them without blocking. Or you can block them and than unblock them, this way you will remove them from your followers.
