I’d like to extend my Apple Music trial by another three months, as I have exhausted the first three months free trial. How do I go about it?

If you don’t want to download music from the internet or use the available free music apps to listen to your songs, after your trial period, you can create a new Apple ID, loose all your previous playlists and get another 3 months. That’s the closest you will ever get to free Apple Music.
if you are a student, there is a provision for a 6months free trial which is something. It is called the Apple Music student plan. However, if you’re not a student and you want to get an extra three months of Apple Music, the family plan will be a choice. If you’re happy to use Family Sharing, you could get another member of your family to sign up for the free trial of the Apple Music Family Sharing plan, and then share that with you. You’ll then be able to take advantage of an extra three months for free. It can go on and on like that.
Keep removing your Credit card a day to the end of the trial period.
