The post-treatment care measure for microneedling is generally basic and clear.
In the event that the skin in the treatment zone is delicate, hydrocortisone cream, aloe, and Advil can be managed. It’s essential to utilize a delicate chemical, cream, and sunblock for as long as 48 hours after the system. Use a very gentle cleanser and tepid water to rinse the face over the next 72 hours. Use hyaluronic acid as it is excellent for hydrating and restoring your skin’s balance. Use of collagen-stimulating peptides is recommended as this helps the regeneration process and can maximize the stimulation that has already been triggered by Micro-needling.
Just after microneedling, you might experience a little bit of redness and sometimes mild discomfort or pain. A typical post-microneedling care is as follows;
1. Mild steroid and topical antibiotic cream combination to take care of the redness and healing
2. Instructions about avoiding excess sun exposure
3. Broad spectrum sunscreen use
4. Sometimes antibiotics are also prescribed in patients where a more aggressive microneedling is done.
5. Instructions about avoidance of harsh face washes and other creams for 5–7 days are a microneedling session
6. Follow up instructions of repeat microneedling session after 3–4 weeks.
