Is there any way I can use to bypass paying for import fees when I order stuffs from amazon? I find it really exhausting paying for shipping fee and also having to pay for import fee.

I find it extorting too, but I guess it’s based on buyer’s region. Depending on shipping cost and how many items, it might be cheaper to split into many orders. They’re not gonna bother if the value of each package is low. Using a US freight forwarder is another option, where they allow you to set the value they’ll write. Probably constitutes fraud, but it’s something the Chinese do happily and constantly and nobody bats an eyelid.
Amazon doesn’t dictate the shipping or import fees. If you didn’t pay them they then would have to include them in the price. Most countries have some kind of VAT or Value Added Tax. Shipping internationally is expensive regardless of who your buying from. Additionally, Amazon also has to pay import duties and taxes on items that are imported into a country. These duties and taxes can be quite costly, especially for larger items. Therefore, it’s not surprising that Amazon’s shipping and import fees tend to be quite high.
