Adding Gmail signature is a very easy task to do. Signature defines your identity, your profile and looks professional. Signature will automatically attach below your email if you follow the steps below;

Step 4: After this tap save change
To insert an actual signature into a Gmail message, you have to do the following;
Take a clear photographic image of the handwritten signature in its entirety using a digital camera.
Download the digital image using a memory card reader into an appropriate, graphic file image JPEG/JFIF, JPEG 2000, Exif or WebP onto a computer device using the graphic file format which is suitable for the receiver to view the signature.
Insert the appropriate, graphic file formatted image into the location above the text printed signature appears and below where the final salutation is located.
Otherwise, you can simply use the signature feature on gmail that allows you to put your name and it appears on every mail you send out.
