Speak to your sister, privately, calmly, without accusations or threats. If your sister needs guidance as to proper behavior in the dating world, give her your best counseling. Other than that, stay as her support and guide, but don’t interfere further, as that is her decision to make. If she’s going off in the wrong direction, let her do that (within some limitations, of course!), and find out for herself. Your guidance, while pretty good, is not as valuable as her own discoveries out there in the world.

This is a thing with guys, they never want their friends anywhere near their sisters. Why? It’s understandable you tryna protect your sister, but I’m sure your sister can watch out for herself and capable of making her own decisions. If you’re certain your sister is making a huge mistake, make her understand in a mature manner. Do not force your opinion on her, it will only worsen the issue. If she insists, there isn’t much you can do then. If she makes a wrong decision, allow her make the mistake and learn from it. Forcing her to leave your friend or going irrational just to separate them wouldn’t help at all. Plus, I see no reason why your sister can’t date your friend though. If he’s bad bad, why are you friends with him then?
