Ever found yourself wishing you could stop hating someone? Hate is an emotion. It dwells somewhere between anger, fear and disgust. At its worst, hatred can inspire violent acts.

Realising that you have this anger is the first step to learning to control your emotions and how you use your energy and time. So first off, congratulations for that self-awareness.
I know trust isn’t the easiest thing to feel, especially if you’ve been hurt before. Being aware that someone can hurt you is fine, but life isn’t about getting through smoothly without a scar. You’re going to get hurt in life, and that’s okay. For every time that hurts you you’ll have a dozen more where things turned out well. Make the most of the good times, and understand that without taking these risks all that you bring upon yourself is hurt.
Further introspection can’t hurt either. Spend some quality you time, mull things over. Work out why it hurts you, I found that as I got older and got hurt more I just learned to let it roll over me. Finding ways to take things as they are and look for ways to improve your tomorrow are better than resenting your today.
Also I think the best thing about getting hurt is realising a little better who you can trust. Sure some people might let you down once in a while, but there are honestly good people out there and you should find the ones worth hurting for.
Everyone’s different so what works for me, may not work for you. But I wish you the best of luck.

What you feel about the world is developed through the bitter experiences you had in the past. But let the past be past and think about the future. Not all people are bad. Moreover nobody is evil. People tend to be arrogant and selfish till they are made aware of thier mistakes in the callm state of mind. I bet there is no single individual on this earth who in deepest calm of his mind would not accept his mistakes. It is up to us to behave kindly and calmly with others to receive that treatment in turn. I think you also should follow the practice of behaving politely with others without keeping any prejudice in the heart. Once you begin to see the with beautiful eye, the world will automatically become a beautiful place for you.
If you really want to remove those feelings then make a list about the good qualities he or she has. Also note down nice things that person did for you in the past. Whenever you see that person or any thought regarding him or her comes to your mind then, remember those qualities and those ill feelings will be gone by the time. But we all know that, it takes two to tango folk. So, these are going to work only when the person you are referring here is also in the same impression and he is also willing to be good with you. Otherwise it will be waste of your time. But if you want it yo happen then give it a try, I hope everything should fall in the right place for you.
