I hate to say it but I’ve been scammed on a bitcoin investment website. It’s quite a lot of money, I’ve been so down. I can’t seem to reach the admin of the website, nothing is working. I really hope to get my money back. How else can I go about retrieving my money without going through the admins of the investment website?

If you made payment through a credit card or wire transfer, contact your financial institution right away. You have a very good chance to reclaim your funds using the ChargeBack procedure. It is important to notify your financial institution or credit card company within 30–60 days of the transaction. You will also need to prove to your financial institution or credit card company that you were a victim of scam. Before filing a complaint, prepare evidence of your interactions with the scammer and the specific amounts of money transferred using your receipts, or credit card statements. Your complaint will be more acceptable if you have detailed information about your interactions with the scammers to back up your story.
There is nothing more disappointing to know you have been scammed by a fake cryptocurrency trader. However, in trying to recover your money, I’d tell you to be very careful while consulting a recovery firm. Most of those recovery firms are fake, mostly owned by those fake crypto traders themselves, I am speaking from experience, and I had almost spent more than what I lose to the crypto trader before I finally came to terms that I had been scammed the second time, by the recovery firm. Verify those recovery firms first before engaging them, and watch out for fake testimonies.
