My puppy is at its mouthing phase and it’s been really hard, he’s trying to take a bite at everything and anything he sees. How can I help him have easier and better experience?

That is what puppies do, they will teeth and mouth until they are about a year old, so you should not be surprised or concerned. When you are playing with your puppy, have a hard toy around you that you can redirect his biting to, rope toys are good when it comes to this. The best you can do is to have a few quality chewy toys and rotate them when he gets bored. Another effective, but quite extreme method is the use of hot sauce. Put some hot sauce on where he bites and you’ll see him avoid the spot. It does get better overtime, but in the meantime, try and find what your dog finds irresistible to chew on and be consistent with stopping play with him once he starts biting.
It really just takes time. The first month with my pup was not enjoyable unless he was asleep. Constant mouthing and biting. I have specific outfits for home now of clothes that I don’t care about getting ripped. She’s 8 weeks now and getting better, I’d say 30% better. Two things that really helped: having play dates with my friends older dogs and having a time out zone in my apartment that I put him in for a minute every time he bites hard or can’t calm down. It’s either I walk into another room and leave him alone for a while or I simply carry him into a separate room while I take up my space and bring him back only when he’s calmer or ready to be calm.
