To me a strong presence personality is when people notice you and talk about you even without you present! It is when you effortlessly command attention wherever you go. You have this particularly striking personality that is just unignorable. It is when you walk into a room and people turn their heads at you.
Well, seemingly there are so many types of personalities but I would like to give examples of two kinds of people who are strikingly distinct from each other and yet have a strong presence.
Lets call the first one Tara. I will list down the traits that make her a strong personality.
Oh! She is such a happy person. Not annoyingly enthusiastic but lively and bright. She smiles a lot and you can’t help but smile at her too because her smile is genuine and it reverberates with you.
She is a positive person. She is a like a breath of fresh air. You feel uplifted and good when you meet her.
She has interesting snippets of her experiences that she shares with you and she narrates it in such an absorbing way that its not too long but has all the right elements.
She visibly hates no one. She is easy to be with and can gel with almost everybody. This is a tough one because we all have that category of people whom we just can’t mingle with. But she can be friends with any kind. Maybe she is so comfortable in her skin and doesn’t care if people judge her or not. Niether does she judge people that much.
She is not an overthinker. She never judges people harshly. Infact her mind is such that she doesn’t make rigid, unchangeable opinions about people. Its the positives she concerntrates on.
She is smart and hardworking. She is doing what she likes and she is in the competition with people around her but she focuses more on her growth.
She is a no nonsense person too. She is bold but not aggressive or unmindfully rude.
She is a great listener and she is genuinely interested in what you are talking. She is a giver and always lifts your spirit through heartfelt compliments.
She is a problem solver. She is calm and keeps in thinking ways to get work done effectively. She is flexible and works on task in hand.
Overall, a pleasing personality who strides through life with grace and unmatched goodness. She faces setbacks and dissappointments but you can’t ever see it on her face as she is always so courteous and cool. You can’t help but marvel how effortlessly she handles things and how refreshingly charming she is.

Having a strong presence and personality is pretty simple, actually. Don’t speak too quietly— Always make sure the person you’re talking to can hear you(as long as you’re not being disrespectful of others). Don’t be meek, and don’t be overly boisterous. Smile often and be happy to see others. This isn’t absolutely necessary just to have a strong presence and personality, but it’s required if you want to have a good presence and personality, which you should be also striving for.
Don’t be afraid to disagree with people, just make sure to do it respectfully. Compliment others often, one compliment per day or you will seem like you’re hitting on them. Share yourself authentically. Your thoughts, opinions, interests, activities, desires, etc. This is what people really want when they’re talking to you – they want to get to know you better, so give them what they want, even if it’s your dark side and you have to get vulnerable. Give them the real you. Just make sure your beliefs and opinions can be explained if they are questioned. If you can’t, that’s your first clue to start thinking about changing them. Be interested in others. And the most important one— Do things you enjoy often. And especially the things you enjoy talking about. People love seeing someone light up when they talk about something their passionate about. Have a mission that you’re passionate about. Having some big goal you are working towards that you really believe in does amazing things for your own level of happiness, which will attract others to you like moths to a flame.
