Physical activity is one of the best outlets to release all the negativity from your mind. When your mind is clouded, trying even some basic exercises such as stretching can help you feel lighter. It will help release tension and free your mind. If you have access to the gym, try to burn some extra calories without of course straining yourself, or just go out for a jog. In the moment of a heated discussion or anger outburst, it is best to take a time out and temporarily walk away from the situation. It gives the person time to calm down. Giving a break will also help you reinterpret the situation, where maybe you spot your own mistakes and deal with the situation in a better manner.

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you’re at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. But nothing to worry about it, if it is taken care of at the right time. It is not a involuntary muscle movement which you can’t control. It is one of the various emotions which make us human and you can easily control it. I will drop some useful tips for you to help manage your anger; Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as “relax,” “take it easy.” Repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply. You can visualize a relaxing experience, from either your memory or your imagination. Non-strenuous, slow yoga-like exercises can relax your muscles and make you feel much calmer.
Deviate yourself or avoid things that causes your anger.
