Honestly, if it’s actually hormonal acne, get an appointment with a dermatologist. I wish I’d done that sooner. I suffered for years and spent so much on topical ointments, creams, serums and cleansers. I finally got an appointment with a dermatologist who understood hormonal acne and put me on Spironolactone. It’s been an absolute game changer since then.
Try to find a dermatologist. Seeing a dermatologist would be the best option though. I know you may want to find a natural solution but you might also want to get a blood test and see a gynecologist who might be able to tell you what this is due to/read your blood test and help you balance your hormones. And remember to wear sunscreen every day!
