Have you ever travelled to another country on your own?

I don’t know how to act. Oh my God! I’m so excited. I’m traveling to another country all by myself for the first time ever. It’s the first time I’ll be traveling out of  the Mexico, and it’s the first time I’ll ever be traveling alone. I’m just so excited. For someone who’s lived the whole of 22years in Mexico, I’m finally going out of the country to see how life is elsewhere. Not just anywhere. It’s an European Country. Russia!!!

I’ve traveled to quite a number of countries on my own. Traveling alone helped build my self confidence. I learnt about different cultures other than the ones I’m familiar with. Traveling alone is self-liberating, no compromising with friends or family. Nothing like having to miss a place you’d like to see just because someone wants to see another place. You can get to see them all when you travel alone. You got to try our new stuff that interest you. Personally, I love traveling alone. Most of my lone travels are always work trips. I get to explore after I must’ve delivered my work perfectly.

Yes, I travelled to France all by myself and stayed there for good three weeks, all by myself. It was so fun and I loved it. I made sure I stayed in a hotel located at a very serene and calm environment. Since I was all alone, I planned my itinerary to suit myself. There is this freedom that comes with traveling alone, you can do whatever you please without thinking about what people would think. However, if you’re an adventurer and love to take pictures of places and yourself, you may find that pretty difficult if you travel alone. That’s one of the perks of traveling alone. You have to ask Strangers to help take your pictures. Not anything you wouldn’t be able to handle anyway.
