The truth is, we’re all different and stalked differently, while some people may bounce back fast, some may never recover from the psychological effects of being stalked. Your original personality has been destroyed, and you must embrace what pieces are left, or have been created. You loved your old self, but it’s gone. Now, you must love your new self, no matter what.
Victims of gang stalking or even stalking in general have a higher incidence of mental disorders and comorbid illnesses; I am talking about victimization, major depressive disorder, and panic disorder. Stalking contributes to symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder. Victims of stalking often blame themselves for being stalked, this ending up with severity depression, sleep terrors, anxiety, and post- traumatic stress symptom.
