if it comes to companies mandating the covid vaccines on their workers, should companies fire workers who refuse to take the vaccine?

Yes! I so much support companies firing their employees who refused to get the jab. What the actual hell!?! They not only jeopardize their personal health, they are putting the lives of others they share workspace with in serious jeopardy. I do not understand if people don’t know the covid is such a deadly virus or something and I’ve seen a lot of anti-vaxxers who later got the vaccine and even wish they’d gotten it earlier.
Private companies are free to set conditions of employment as long as they do not violate existing state and federal laws. And there is no federal law prohibiting companies from requiring vaccines. A company can fire employee that refuse to comply their vaccination policies and those fired employee may not be liable to getting the unemployment benefits given the reason for their termination.
