I have noticed my hairline receding a lot and I don’t know why could it be stress?

A receding hairline is most often linked to aging and hereditary factors. Other factors can contribute to a receding hairline and aggravate hair loss. These factors include: over-styling hair (especially with heat)
It’s important to point out that it’s very rare to develop a receding hairline from stress. Most of the time, stress-related hair loss is either diffuse thinning (thinning across your entire head) or clumps of hair that fall out at once due to high levels of stress hormones.
