Ever time I use an “after morning” pill, my mentrual cycle gets disrupted and I lose track of my cycle. I feel it’s not something that should happen often if it’s not my first time of using the pills.

Emergency contraceptive pills delays your next period after withdrawal bleeding. They disturb your normal menstrual cycle and your periods will be regular after 2 to 3 cycles. Emergency pill disturbs harmonal balance in female body. For some it causes early period, for some it causes delayed period. It causes severe pain and heavy period. These effects are not permanent, it come back to normal in 1–2 months. But if a woman keep on taking emergency pill often then it can have disastrous effects.
