Do you think if Donald Trump had won the US Presidential election, there would be claims that election fraud took place?

Is it true that there was election fraud during the US presidential election? Or is that just a made up story by the opposition party?

Well, nor literally. Millions of people voted by mail, in good faith, following the rules, legally laid down, and there has been precisely zero evidence supplied that this process was somehow flawed in any major way. Now Trump wants to deny these people their democratic right by not having their votes counted? What kind of bullshit is this? Of course the mail votes are going to favour Joe Biden. That’s because Donnie told his supporters not to vote by mail, whereas Biden told people to vote any way that they could. People are just doing as they were asked. Donnie can’t turn round now and start trying to change the rules just because it’s not going his way. Although to be honest, it was only to be expected.

I suppose it’s possible that a few postal votes have been filled out by people other than those named on them, but that would be a handful spread across a wide area. Even then, it is just supposition on my part for the purposes of the question. However, as an outsider watching from the sidelines, I can’t help but think that a lot of this could be prevented with some tweaking of what looks like a bizarre mishmash of systems there. Announcing the tally of votes as the count is still going on? That in itself encourages stress and accusation. Would it not be better to wait until the count is done and agreed then release the result? That way no candidate can be accused of wanting vote counting stopped because the tally isn’t going their way. They wouldn’t know until after the count is complete.
Every county having their own unique method of counting and rules? No wonder there is so much scope for disagreement. How about a common agreed method right across the country?
There are no doubt lots of other adjustments that could be made, but the current patchwork they have just provides a feeding frenzy for lawyers and media pundits and leaves the average voter a bit in the dark.
