I don’t know where you heard this but it is not some universal truth. I’ve been with circumcised and uncircumcised guys. It’s never made a difference to me and it’s not part of any criteria I have for a partner. In my own experience, it’s had zero effect on my sex life.
Being circumcised or not circumcised does not have anything to do with sex life or a man or their partner enjoys sex.
The biggest determinant of how much pleasure has been affected by circumcision is the state of the frenulum. If a circumcised man is lucky, he will still have an intact frenulum. Men with obliterated frenulums will experience markedly less pleasure from sex. This does not mean it will not be pleasurable at all, just less so. Many men with no frenulum still have great sex. Just because you are circumcised doesn’t mean sex will suck 100%.
