Would you rather know what the future holds for you or you’d rather allow chance and nature do their thing?

Although there’s nothing wrong with having a glimpse, not total look, into what the future has in store for us. But personally, I would not like to know what is in store for me in future. The beauty lies in the uncertainty and why must I spoil the pleasure of living. I would prefer to lead my life the way I have defined myself and be ready to accept whatever is in store for me, in future. This is because I strongly believe my past deeds have already determined my future course of life.
To me, the desire to want to know the future pertaining to yourself indicates that you are insecure of your current self or course of action. I happen to be at peace with who I am and what my moral is. I can’t honestly tell you I would not look into the future if I could, but I would not actively seek that knowledge. I can not control what will happen to me tomorrow by outside forces, I can only do what is in my power to engineer predictable outcomes. For example if I today choose to eat healthy and workout, tomorrow I can expect to feel good and maybe even lose weight. But if I choose to drink a bottle of wine and eat a pizza, I should not be upset or surprised tomorrow when I feel like crap and am fatter.
