Diet or healthy shouldn’t just be something restricted to obese people, everyone should infact eat clean. If you’re trying to help your child eat healthy, then you have to include the whole family. Ensuring regular and timely meals to prevent snacking and overeating at meals. Reducing fats in diet. Fats not from fish, nuts and vegetable oils and junks need to be completely eliminated.
Eat healthy meals, drinks and snacks, limit sugary food, less dairy food, provide plenty of fruits and vegetables. No bakery products. Less screen time. Let them engage in daily exercise or some sport activity recommendations like swimming, dancing, running or any kind of sports. And no junk food.
