Oftentimes, when such occurs (it rarely does), the financial institution makes reversal within 24hrs it happened. In some rare cases when they don’t make such reversal, you may want to visit the bank that owns the ATM terminal you used and request for the CCTV footage to back up your claim and get your refund.
