How much is required for employees to spend from the company Amex card availed to them?
A company Amex card is only given to employees to enable them use it for company runs. Like an employee given a company’s Amex card doesn’t have to use their personal money for company errands and be refunded later so far they have the Amex card. The Amex card is to be used for company’s travels, runs and errands. Not for personal use.
The corporate or company Amex card is meant for business use only, using it for personal expenses may mess with your finances and taxes at the long run. It also helps reduce paper work and also helps put a check of fraudulent activities.
