That’s not possible. You’re basically asking, can someone run out of satisfaction? Psychologically, it’s possible to lose satisfaction of every day life, which is called depression, or maybe schizophrenia, etc. But that’s not really possible, because any time you see or do something that satisifes you, that means dopamine is activated.
Basically, a person would have to die first before their brain runs out of dopamine. Dopamine is the alarm signal that an event happened that deserve attention. Either to avoid a repetition if the event was negative or encourage to find the pattern to get the reward again. Dopamine like many other chemical is toxic in high dose, so a regulation loop limit the production or increase the re-uptake.
