It would be useful to see some pictures to give you a better advice. Facelift primarily addresses the jowls and the neck region. Additionally, aging is commonly associated with loss of volume in the cheek area. It’s common to have autologous fat graft at the time of facelift to correct malar flattening. You should seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice.
As long as you’re healthy, you’re good to go. Most women who are diagnosed with a fat condition in which face lift is the only medical treatment, are diagnosed in their late 40s or older. So a lot of women who choose to do the face lift are in their late 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s.
I’ve seen some fantastic results, and these are coming from older women. So if you’re fit and just need a little bit taken out here and there, you should be fine!
