It seems as thought there is a restriction as to who can use the Korean cosmetics? Are the Korean cosmetics made solely for Koreans alone or other nationalities can also use them?

Absolutely! Many Korean beauty products branch out into subcategories targeted towards specific skin issues someone may have, regardless of race. I’m African American, so my skin may not fit into the standards they have in Korea but their products still do wonders for my skin! Only thing is, skin whitening creams are very common in Korea and most of their products can have those whitening agents in them. Of course, you wouldn’t want to ruin your pretty, natural skin color so just look into the products to make sure none of those bleaching ingredients are in there unless you need spot specific items for scarring or uneven pigmentation.
