There are some homeless people you can’t really help, if you do, it would bounce back on you in a bad way. Avoid these people, nothing you can do will make a difference. Look for the homeless who have children or those who appear to have a job. These people are the real victims of circumstance and you may consider helping them in any way possible — food, gas for their cars, something for their children, recommendations for jobs or shelter. These are the people truly deserving of individual assistance.
People are homeless for one reason or the other. Although, you may not know why they’re on the street at that moment. But even if you’re nice and would like to take in an homeless person into your house, you have to be careful and go through the right channels so when something bad happens, you won’t get implicated. There have been cases of people who take in homeless persons and they end up getting robbed or even killed.
