First; it doesn’t matter if you’re a male or female it depends on age of consent in your location!
Secondly; besides the legality of it if you are even questioning it raises the issue of “should you?”
How important is this person to you? How long have you been together? What are the parents role in the lives of both of you? This should not just be something that is questioned on legal issues but what is the future of your relationship. Goals, mutual understanding of each other’s responsibility if pregnancy is something that can happen. These are lifetime implications to having sex and one needs to be aware of the sexual partners status. Meaning HIV, STD, HPV.
While the age of consent is 16 in Georgia, your girlfriend is still a minor in the eyes of the State, as such you may be charged with other crimes such as contributing to the delinquency of a minor, interference with custody.
