Plagiarism of anything is bad but can be done very carefully. In the case of blogging it will not be effective for you. Because article from any blog already has been ranked in google and it will be waste of time and risky for your blog.
Blogging is a process of sharing anything which is beneficial and real for readers. But if you copy then it would be harmful for your reputation either you have modified it but the concept is same. So be aware of copying anything from anywhere.
Picture this: You spent a week painsakingly creating content for your blog, only to have someone copy and paste it into their blog in a matter of minutes. Although the act of copying is a much simpler process of creating content, and you wouldn’t think that it is possible for them to discover your act of copyright infringement. If you are interested in using certain phrases or illustrations from another blogger, you may always just inform them and ask for their permission. Bloggers are generally really nice people, and they may allow you to use some of their stuff while you credit them for their work. After all, who would say no to free publicity?
