This is actually because extremely obese people cannot do things on their own. They always need help even with moving around.

Disability is, if you cannot use something that you have or a condition that makes you limited in movements or senses. Obesity makes a person’s movements, abilities or senses limited. And long term effects of obesity probably causes diabetes, cancers or potential illnesses which make them complicated. So, I I think obesity can be considered asa disability depending on the aspect.
No, because it can be controlled and doesn’t happen by accident. However I think it should be considered an addiction because It’s very hard to stop overeating since the body literally produces the addictive drug dopamine when we eat and there’s no way to go cold turkey off of food since we need it to survive. I think there should be better promoted programs to help over weight and obese people change their eating habits and kinda wean off the way they eat food.
