Difficult to say as it can vary from country to country. And within the United States it can vary state to state. Often times if adopted children go back to their biological parent it’s because the father didn’t know of the existence of a child and then when he found out he goes to court to get his child back. Sometimes if a child has been put up for adoption due to youth or drug abuse, The birth parents when they are in a better place in their life will try to get their child back. That can be very devastating for the child who is feeling the love support and nurturing from their forever home, and now they’re being removed from that home and it will be traumatizing and detrimental often times permanently.

The simple and short answer is no. Once your child as been adopted they are now part of that family, there are rare times that you can get them back but overall your child is gone you can set up visitation with your child but it’s up to the adapted family to make that description of choice to do that but you can try to set up visitation with them.
