Yes, it is very possible for babies to survive pre-eclampsia with strict adherence to the doctor’s orders and prescriptions. I had severe preeclampsia with my first two pregnancies, I delivered my first at 34 weeks and my second at 29 weeks, my first is now 3 years old and my second is now 1, they’re both healthy as can be and you would never be able to tell they were premature. I totally get how scary it is. You’re still early and they say preeclampsia isn’t officially diagnosable until 20+ weeks gestation. If you do in fact have preeclampsia they’re probably going to monitor you super close and possibly even admit you to the hospital until you deliver depending on the severity of it. Preeclampsia is not your fault and you’ve done nothing wrong.
