I am 5’6” and few months over 19, I really hope I would still grow taller. Am I still in the age frame to grow taller?

A man will generally stop growing whenever his genetics say that he will. This can be at any time before about 21. Telling you averages will do nothing but freak you out. If you seem to have stopped growing and are 18, that doesn’t mean you’re done. It doesn’t mean you’ll keep growing, either. Generally, growth starts strong at the beginning of puberty and only goes down from there, but averages mean absolutely nothing on an individual level. When you’re 21 or 22, you’ll know how tall you are. That’s all anyone can really say.
Men are constantly growing each and every moment of their lives. From birth to the age of 18 men are going through physical and mental development to be an adult, and till the age of 25, a mature adult. However, growth doesn’t stop there. Men can gain knowledge, spirituality, and wisdom as they grow older. Men can grow as lovers, husbands, fathers, grandfathers, friends, and mentors. There are many ways to grow for men as he ages, it’s up to him whether to grow with time or become stagnant at a moment.
