      No, there is no such law… yet. It’s like utilising the freedom of expression. However, it could be. It depends on what comments are made. There are still some things that you can’t say, and shouldn’t say no matter the freedom of speech. The idea of “free speech” does not constitute a license to say anything you want without being held accountable.

      It all depends on what exactly they said. For example if they are making credible threats of violence then that is something police might lay charges for. If they have posted false statements about you that have significantly damaged your reputation you could possibly sue them for liable. If they are young people who are still in school and this is a cyber bullying situation then the administration at their school might be able to take some action.
