You definitely are not alone, there are times I feel like maybe I’m unlovable. The thought pushes me too hard and makes me do the most for people that do the barest minimum for me. Feeling unlovable can make you develop low self esteem as it messes with your confidence. How did I deal with mine? I decided to start seeing whoever sees me, I started seeing myself more. The more I saw myself, the more I started to really enjoy my space. Before others will love you, you have the job of loving yourself first, unconditionally.
I won’t exactly say you’re unlovable because I’ve not walked in your shoes. But I’d say you must accept the fact. Not just accept it but also don’t try to change it. Continue to be yourself. Stop trying to find validation from the people around you, you’ll only get disappointed . Find validation from yourself only! Find all the things you believe you have a talent in and do them. Do what it makes you happy. By doing that you will start believing in yourself and you will learn not to care if people like you or not. Your self esteem will rise and most likely the attitude of people around you will change.
