depression can be quite tough, I honestly do not know if you are depressed or not, but you seem sad enough to think you are, ultimately, you need to have a doctor’s appointment, with a therapist or someone specialized in these things, you can relay your symptoms and concerns and you should be able to get a mental health valuation.
Depression is a term used to depict a form of mental illness that is characterised by extreme sadness, it can go on for a few hours, days, weeks, months or even years. Chronic depression can be characterised by it’s duration (how long it lasts) and how severe the feelings are, depression can alter a person’s appearance, life style etc.
